Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Adventures Alive Studio. By purchasing a Studio Pass or accessing our website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. 

1. Studio Pass & Bookings 

• Eligibility: You must be at least [18] years old to purchase a pass, or have express parental consent. 

• Accuracy: You agree to provide current and complete information (name and email) for all purchases. This information is used for your digital ticket. 

• Pass Validity: Each Studio Pass is valid only for the specific date, time, and event listed on the ticket. 

2. Payments & Fees 

• Pricing: All prices are listed in [Currency, e.g., USD]. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. 

• Processing: Payments are processed via Wix Payments We do not store your credit card information on our servers. 

• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable sales tax added at checkout. 

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy 

• Final Sale: All Studio Pass purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for "change of mind" or inability to attend. 

• Event Changes: If Adventures Alive Studio cancels or reschedules an event, you will be offered a choice between a full refund or a credit for a future date. 

• Transferability: Passes may be transferred to another person only if you notify us at Davidbay@AdventuresAliveStudios.com at least [24/48] hours before the event starts. 

4. Attendance & Conduct 

• Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, illegal, or violates studio safety rules. No refund will be given in these cases. 

• Arrival: Please arrive [15] minutes before your scheduled slot. Late arrivals may forfeit their pass without a refund. 

5. Liability Waiver 

• Assumption of Risk: By attending the studio event, you acknowledge the inherent risks involved in dance, photography, workshops and agree that Adventures Alive Studio is not liable for personal injury or loss of personal property. 

• Media Release: By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes unless you notify staff otherwise upon arrival. 

6. Intellectual Property 

• All content on this website (logos, text, images) is the property of Adventures Alive Studio. You may not use our branding for commercial purposes without written consent. 

7. Changes to Terms 

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
